Wood
We local source most of our raw materials. We use beautiful Appalachian red oak, hand selected at a Mennonite sawmill after being carefully kiln dried. We do all the machining and apply four coats of clear finish. We use the oak on our crotale stands, bell cases and marimba, vibe and xylophone frames.

​Our Rosewood is aged for more than 10 years. The logs were sawn to our specifications.

Metal
Structural steel tubing is used for our frames and stands. We do the welding of  the frames in our facility.
Stands are finished in durable powder coating. Satin Black is our favorite color. You can special order other colors. Our powder coating is local sourced from a supplier just 2 miles across town.

The aluminum parts are extruded and cut to length by our supplier. We do all the machining in house.

Replating
Orchestra bell replating is done by a company with more than 100 years experience in plating and metal finishing. They strip the plating, we make the repairs, retune to the standard you want A=440 to A=444) and the plater then applies a hard wearing satin nickel finish.

Rosewood keyboard bar repairs.
Tuning. We have more than 40 plus years of tuning experience starting with a major manufacturer. We have retuned most major brands and models.

Refinishing.
We carefully strip the bars, make repairs and apply a durable clear finish to bring out the beauty of the rosewood.

Our rosewood bar repairs focus on keeping the original bars when possible to match the tone quality and look of your instrument. We can repair dents, splits and cracked bars.
